How It Works

At the Longmont Turkey Turnout, no one will knock on your door or ring your bell - donate as you can to help our neighbors in need.  Please remember to have your donations OUT by 9AM on Saturday, November 23rd.  Scouts and other volunteers will pick it up by 1PM that day.  Have a bag or a BIG amount of donations?  Be sure to text or email us, so we can be sure our folks with trucks can serve you.

Scouts and other Volunteers are going around town, dropping more than 4,000 bags to residences (2024).  This is the easiest way to participate - read the flier, donate as you can, and set your bag(s) out!

Didn't get a bag?  No problem!  Text or email us your address, and our volunteers will pick up your donation on November 18th.  Be sure to keep it out and in a place we can see it!

We LOVE it when our neighbors swing by and drop off bags at our Collection Point.  Come by on November 23rd - Collection Day to the 400E Parking Lot downtown - Kimbark St, between 4th & 5th Ave.  Follow the signs for a quick and easy drop off.

Everyone who donates will receive a THANK YOU note from the Turkey Turnout.  It also serves as an easy receipt for your taxes and do-goodery.
