Beneficiaries

The Outreach United Resource Center (OUR Center) has provided critical services such as food, housing, and utilities for families since 1986.  They serve anyone in need in the St. Vrain Valley School District area, from Lyons to Dacono.

The OUR Center will receive all food and personal care item donations from the Turkey Turnout.  Food donations will be used in both their Community Market and Community Cafe.  

HOPE outreaches everyday to members of our community that are experiencing homelessness or need other other assistance, from emergency meals to medical assistance.  

Donations of adult shoes, jackets, blankets, pants and (new) underwear/socks are greatly needed for their clients.  

Bicycle Longmont, the city's bike advocacy organization, helps to get more people on bikes, more often.  They organize the Kids Holiday Bike Program, now in its 32nd year, refurbishing 250+ bikes each year and donating them to kids in need.  Refurbished bikes are also donated to teens and youth in need for transportation to school and work, through partners.

Donations of all unused bikes will be accepted for their programs.  Of particular need are kids bikes with 12 - 20" wheels.

The Arc's mission is to enhance the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  Since opening in 1968 in Denver, The Arc's programs touch the lives of thousands of people each year.

The Arc, through Arc Thrift, will accept all clothing donations collected from the Turkey Turnout.
